In meditation coaching it is a combination of meditation, coaching and energy healing to help the client reach their true and most authentic self.
This can be done by setting life goals as well as through guided meditations as well as teaching the client mindfulness and how to quieten their own mind in order to get into a meditative state when feeling overwhelmed or anxious or just to relax their body, mind and soul.
During the coaching phase you help the client realise their deepest intentions and set realistic expectations so that they are able to achieve their life goals and ambitions both professional and personal.
